| Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival: 15th - 17th May 2026 |
The Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival is an annual 3-day event celebrating art in all its forms with live performances, exhibitions, workshops, walking tours, and entertainment for young and old.
Events include a comprehensive Family Program, The Poets of Penola Acquisitive Art Prize, Festival Design Prize, Coonawarra Vignerons Music Night of Shenanigans, Literary Events and many more art exhibitions, competitions, fabulous food and fine wine in the beautiful township of Penola in the Coonawarra wine region.
The events are held in a variety of venues from cellar doors to galleries and appeal to families, children, art lovers and all festival goers.
At Bowen Estate, Harriet Mort will exhibit her artwork.

For me, being in the garden is not unlike painting, working with textures, colour, perspective and light, and it is one of my favourite places to be.
This exhibition is a collection of floral sculptures and garden landscapes, some of my own, some from imagination and a few from some of the gardeners I admire.

In 2026, kick off the month of July by stepping into the heart of our winery for a journey through our classic coonawarra wines. As the winter chill settles over Coonawarra, we invite you to find warmth within our walls for a memorable evening. We will be dusting off and pouring aged vintage wines with a winter inspired menu designed to complement the depth and complexity of our aged reds.

Bowen Estate hits the road - August 2026 |
Every August, Coonawarra's wine producers set off around the country to bring the metro-centres of Australia a taste of Coonawarra.
Bowen Estate is proud to be part of the Coonawarra Vignerons Roadshow – an event showcasing over 100 wines, from up to 28 Coonawarra producers in four capital cities.
